Neurology Academy – General Terms and Conditions
How we use your data
For courses supported by our sponsors, the event fee is subsidised due to their sponsorship. Event sponsors are listed on the specific event pages. In the interest of Neurology Academy and our sponsors’ legitimate business interests, we may make available your name, job title, workplace and email address to our sponsors. This enables us to attract the most appropriate sponsors, delegates and speakers for the events, and to facilitate potential collaboration and communication between you and the sponsors. It also allows us to offer other relevant events and services to the healthcare and life science industries.
You can ask us not to share your name, job title, workplace or email by emailing info@neurologyacademy.org. We respect the privacy of every person for whom we hold personal data. The group privacy and cookies policy can be viewed here.

A refund form will be provided within 1 week of course completion.
The completed form must be submitted to Neurology Academy within 1 month of the last day of the event.

Venue-specific terms – Halifax Hall
Rooms at Halifax Hall are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Where rooms are unavailable, accommodation will be allocated at Jonas Hotel, located in the adjoining onsite block. Due to the limited number of rooms available, we cannot guarantee Halifax Hall rooms for all attendees.
