Dr John Woolmore is a Consultant Neurologist at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham where he specialises in multiple sclerosis (MS) and runs 2 clinics for MS patients weekly. He trained in medicine at the University of Cambridge, Clare College, and in Neurology in the West Midlands. He performed research in the fields of genetics and cognitive neuropsychology of multiple sclerosis and obtained and MD for this work. He has interests in education and service development. Currently he is Training Programme Director for Neurology in the West Midlands and also Deputy Chair of the ABN Services Committee.
